Providing the best solution to your need is our priority. We provide you with a risk-free way to determine this. Returns are accepted any time within the first 90 days of receiving your Soul Seat or Flow Desk. We'll even pay for return shipping from within the continental US. No refunds or pro-rating after 90 days.

We offer such a generous return window because it can often take people time to adjust to this new way of sitting. If you find that the Soul Seat is not the right fit for you, we will send you a return shipping label. You will be responsible for packaging the Soul Seat (keep the original box and materials if you're unsure about whether or not it'll work for you), or you can pay UPS to package it for you. 

Once we receive the Soul Seat back and free of damages, we will process a full refund for shipments within the continental US. International shipments will be refunded purchase price, but not shipping charges.

All we ask is that you let us ask why it wasn't a sufficient solution so we can improve the experience for the next customer. Custom work is the only exception to this policy. Because the customized Soul Seat or Flow Desk is unique to you, those sales are final.



Each full price Soul Seat or Flow Desk order will ship within four to six weeks from the date of purchase. Because we are often building to order, this time is subject to vary, and we will keep you up to date on the progress of your order.

If purchased through our Scheduled Payment Plan, your Soul Seat will ship after your third monthly payment. 

Custom Soul Seats often take longer to ship, as we will work with you on a number of decisions about fabric, finish, and other design changes. 

For international shipping, please contact us through the 'Contact Us' page or email to let us know your postal code and which model and size you would like to order so that we may provide you with the most accurate shipping quote. Please be aware that we are unable to predict any duties and/or taxes that may be applied as they are calculated upon customs arrival.
